• Disaster Risk Management Systems: AI/ML/Data Science solutions with IoT sensors, hazard mapping, and predictive analytics
• Water Treatment and Purification: Wastewater, potable water, and desalination systems (Zaoqiang Kuobang, NU SKIN EcoSphere)
• Valuable Product Sourcing Solution: Global and local sourcing, customized solutions, and supplier vetting
• Full-Service Building Safety, Comfort, and Construction Management: Fire protection, HVAC systems, and comprehensive construction management

3. Use of Website

3.1 Acceptable Use

4.3 Installation and Services

Installation, maintenance, and construction management services are subject to separate service agreements. All work will be performed in accordance with Philippine building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, shipping, and installation charges unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual quotations and contracts. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services or delivery.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

6.1 Product Warranties

Products sold by SCZ Corporation are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist in warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty terms or claim outcomes. Specific warranty terms for CESC, Wallbox, Exicom, Kempower, Tritium, Quastor, KINGFA, RHINO, and other brand partners are available upon request.

6.2 Service Warranties

Installation and construction services are warranted against defects in workmanship for a period specified in the service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

6.3 Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN WRITING, OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCZ Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our services by any third party
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SCZ Corporation or our content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright laws. Brand names and logos of CESC, Wallbox, Exicom, Kempower, Tritium, Quastor, KINGFA, RHINO, Hartindo, Zaoqiang Kuobang, and NU SKIN are trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Compliance and Certifications

SCZ Corporation maintains compliance with Philippine Department of Energy (DOE) regulations for EV charging infrastructure. Our products meet relevant international certifications including CE, UL, and TUV standards where applicable. Fire protection and HVAC installations comply with Philippine building codes and safety regulations.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. We comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or filed in the appropriate courts of Makati City, Philippines.

12. Force Majeure

SCZ Corporation shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, epidemics, pandemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
